Glen has more than 25 years of experience practicing law in Nebraska. With the aid of his trusty airplane, he can meet with clients throughout the entire state. His primary office has always been located close to home in the Havelock business district.
Glen's number one priority is making the law simple for his clients to understand and navigate at an affordable price. This is especially important in the Estate Planning process. Estate Planning can be made a very intricate and unnecessarily expensive process. Glen's experience as a farm and residential mortgage lender enables him to help his clients make plans that incorporate the whole picture.
Glen also ensures that his clients get treated fairly by the government. He assists clients with zoning appeals, land use planning, business taxes, corporation formation and LLC's. A significant amount of his time is devoted to taxation issues.
In addition to these specific practice areas, Glen has a wealth of experience in other areas of the law. He prides himself on being the client's lawyer for life. He dedicates a considerable amount of time to mentoring young attorneys and other legal professionals. He has served as an adjunct Business Law instructor for Southeast Community College.
Outside the office Glen is a husband, father of four, and a grandfather to seven wonderful grandchildren. He is active in the Kiwanis Club and other community organizations like the Civil Air Patrol. He is a member of Experimental Aircraft Association, Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, and of two aircraft owners' clubs. He spends what spare time he has left fixing old tractors, leaky basements, and fences. No matter what the problem, Glen always likes to help.
