John is a Nebraska attorney and graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law with a concentration in Constitutional Law. His practice sits at the intersection of people, government, and democracy, with a focus on civil and constitutional matters. Throughout his career, he has represented individuals, nonprofits, and mission-driven businesses in civil rights and employment disputes, nonprofit governance and compliance, ballot initiatives, campaign and PAC regulation, and cannabis and hemp regulatory issues. Whether you are forming a nonprofit, growing a business or tribal enterprise, designing a ballot measure, or navigating a complex regulatory or employment challenge, John is ready to help.
John is committed to making the legal process transparent and understandable. He takes time to explain each step, what he is doing, and why he is doing it, so you can make confident, informed decisions along the way. Licensed in Nebraska state and federal courts, he knows the legal system can feel overwhelming—but you won’t have to go through it alone.
